So I went to check out the place since I heard good stuff about it. Let me tell you this place is NOT Mexican at all! Mama Lada would roll over her grave if she knew what had become of this place. I just don‘t think there is Mexican restaurants in the area so these to everyone tastes wonderful. Do they even know what an enchilada is? The tortilla is suppost to be dipped in sauce hence the name "Enchilada". They only have one food item on the menu and it‘s either chicken (which is more like mash potatoes) and ground beef. If you‘re only food is enchiladas then you should have a variety of them or at LEAST the typical Cheese and Onion! I was suuuppperrr disappointed by the place. Oh and not to mention the service... I didn‘t get her name but we came and she wanted us to order right away and we told her it was our first time there. She did not explain anything to us and ACTUALLY ROLLED HER EYES when we told her we needed a minute! We told her we didn‘t want salsa and she still brought it, that is how much she was paying attention. First and last time I ever go there... I work for an airline and this is one of the first place I am going to warn our crews not to go to... oh and we got charged 13 percent tax!!! In a nice way, I just don‘t think you people that like this place know any better. The enchilada was more like a frozen burritos that you microwave because the top was mushy and the bottom got hard. They should call the place burritos suizas (suiza is when they have cheese on top). How to make enchiladas : http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Authentic-Enchiladas-Verdes/Detail.aspx
The chicken nachos were decent, but I could have made them in my microwave. And the chicken enchilada was just a mushy chicken and cheese thing. Its how you would expect a cheap microwave burrito to turn out. That‘s fine if you want that sort of thing, but it certainly is not what I would call an enchilada.
