I have been to this bar before and the customer service has gone downhill. The server I had was nowhere to be found most of the night (I assume she was smoking because every time I did track her down she reeked of cigarette smoke), When I wanted a drink and went to the bar, the bartender freaked out on me, because my tab was with the server. I am sorry but I stood a long time at the bar watching the bartender do shots when all I wanted was shots for myself and my friends. After the third or fourth time tracking down my server, i finally was able to pay my tab and leave. I will never go back, I don‘t want to have to fight with the bartender to get a drink or go on a scavenger hunt for my server, every time I need something.

Went out 2 nights in a row to this establishment! Drinks were great, Entertainment was even better....Wait staff could use a little more smile but overall had a great experience! Definitely will be going back!

Mouthy owner/mgr. wondered what I was looking at on my P.C."well it‘s none of your business pal" He told me to take it some where else, even though they offer free wi-fi to the public, no exceptions. What a jerk! Pot bellied bar tender has quite an attitude. I‘ll neverr go there again!

Great Service -- Great Food -- Fun Atmosphere. Family felt very welcome. Cold Beverages -- Hot Food -- Wow try the burgers and big fresh salads. Both Tea and Shenanigan‘s have become our family‘s favorite places.

Went to Tea twice now...terrible service both times!! I will NEVER go back again! We waited for a waiter for over ten minutes and it wasn‘t even that busy; after we ordered our drinks it took another ten minutes!! I can‘t believe they are even getting business!!!
