It is a very big mall, but I think they should give a map to every customer because I could get lost its so big!!!!!!!

the food court could be a little cleaner i guess but otherwise most of the people there are nice and shit but yeah go there and have a great time!!!!!!!!!!

Typical 1 floor mall. if you like malls you will love the empire, lots of mallrats. Christmas time is Nuts here! Downtown Sioux Falls for some cool shops, although the selection is not there downtown.
